Diginary Software ("Diginary") operates several apps and websites including fulltermapp.com and the Full Term iOS and Android mobile applications. It is Diginary's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating this website and our applications.

Website Visitors

Like most website and mobile application developers, Diginary collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers, analytics software packages and servers typically make available, such as the browser or mobile device type, language preference, referring site if applicable, the date and time of each visitor request, frequency of user sessions and type of activity within the application or the website. Diginary’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how the application and website are used by our customers and users. From time to time, Diginary may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its applications and services. Diginary also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on the website. Diginary only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that user IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the site where the comment was left.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain users of Diginary’s websites and mobile applications choose to interact with the website and services in ways that require Diginary to gather personally-identifying information. For instance, Diginary may monitor the overall usage of functionality and length of usage sessions on the site or mobile application. Diginary may display this information in aggregate, publicly or provide it to others. However, Diginary does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Diginary discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Diginary’s behalf or to provide services available at Diginary’s websites and mobile Applications. Cookies & Trackers

A cookie or a tracking id is a string of information that a website or mobile application stores on a users’s browser or mobile device, and that the users’s browser or mobile application provides to the website or analytics service each time the user returns. Diginary uses cookies and tracking ids to help Diginary identify and track users, their usage of Diginary websites and mobile applications, and their access preferences.

Business Transfers

If Diginary, the Full Term application, or some or all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Diginary goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Diginary may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Ads appearing on any of our websites or mobile applications may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may track you by setting cookies or tracking ids. These cookies and tracking ids allow the ad server to recognize your computer or device each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies and tracking ids by Diginary and does not cover the use of cookies and tracking ids by any advertisers.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Diginary may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Diginary’s sole discretion. Diginary encourages visitors and users to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy.
